Where to find Lightsabers in Fortnite

To find Lightsabers in Fortnite you can search special Star Wars Imperial chests or defeat Darth Vader. You can also find Luke’s Lightsabers as floor loot or in regular chests, but they are less likely to spawn this way due to the increased loot pool. As they’re classified as Mythic weapons, be on the lookout for items with a yellow glow. You can find Imperial Star Wars chests:

Southeast of Grim Gables, on the road West of Tilted Towers, on the road East of Greasy Grove, on the road Southeast of Greasy Grove, near the chrome

Darth Vader is located in the area southeast of Greasy Grove. His ship will fly alongside the Battle Bus at the start of a match, then take off to the Greasy Grove woods, with a light shining above his location when he lands. He’s a tough opponent to take down, but if you really want his Lightsaber, you’ll have to defeat him, or take it from a player who has already defeated him.

Fortnite Lightsabers list

Although they all control the exact same, there are three different Lightsabers in Fortnite:

Luke Skywalker’s green Lightsaber (from Return of the Jedi) Luke Skywalker’s blue Lightsaber (from Return of the Jedi) Darth Vader’s red Lightsaber

Each Lightsaber takes up an inventory slot, and basically acts like a stronger pickaxe. However, they can also block hits when used correctly. Fortnite Chapter 4 Chapter 1 is here, complete with a new augments system, the coming arrival of Geralt and the Ageless Champion to beat! We’ve also got a present list for Winterfest and Cozy Lodge and pizza slice locations. How to block hits using a Lightsaber in Fortnite

To block hits using a Lightsaber in Fortnite you have to hold down the same button you use to aim down the sights of a gun. On consoles this is defaulted to L2/LT, and on PC this is the right mouse button. This button activates a defensive animation which blocks hits from any normal incoming bullets and blaster fire. After finding a Lightsaber in Fortnite, you’ll need somebody to fire at you in order to block their hits fifteen times. If you’re struggling to find an opponent, blocking hits from Stormtroopers and other hostile characters also count towards completing this Skywalker Week challenge. You can find Stormtroopers in three of the four areas containing Imperial Star Wars chests:

Southeast of Grim Gables, on the road West of Tilted Towers, on the road East of Greasy Grove, on the road

Keep in mind that you can still get hurt while blocking hits with a Lightsaber, especially if your opponent is using a short-range weapon like a shotgun.
